It's an exciting time, and a promising future for oncology massage therapists. To meet the growing demand, good hands-on skills are important. Yet three other elements, or "pillars" are also essential to a successful oncology massage practice: clinical reasoning, marketing and outreach, and emotional resilience are necessary for a strong practice. In this mentorship course, massage therapists receive one-on-one and group support to strengthen the three pillars. Together, we identify the people you are ideally suited to serve, and support you in serving them. We work through common and complex oncology case scenarios so you feel confident and prepared in your clinical work. Ready-made marketing tools are offered for you to connect more easily with clients who need your care. Finally, we'll see how emotional preparedness helps build a satisfying and enduring practice. Prerequisites This course is for any massage therapist who has completed a foundational oncology massage course with Tracy Walton & Associates or with another instructor recognized by the Society for Oncology Massage.
