Stimulating Stillness A journey into yoga, meditation and energy healing with Magali Boehlen In this six-week course you will co-create a supportive network for deep healing and awareness through the combined practices of simple yoga movements with breath-work, guided meditative journeying into the ‘LightBody’ and an introduction into energy healing for our times now! We meet every Monday evening for six weeks. 6-9pm. February 13, 20, 27, March 5, 12, 19. Instructor Bio: Since 1996, Magali has been working with private clients in massage therapy, energy healing and meditation. She has been teaching massage therapy, kinesiology & palpation and wellness courses at Educating Hands for the past 14 years. Magali is the founder of Circle of Lights Meditation, a meditation group that meets regularly and created the Anatomy of Healing Series, a course on healing through the activation of our LightBodies. She traveled to San Francisco to attain her yoga teacher certification while studying with Larry Schultz at “it’s yoga!” As a bodyworker Magali is certified in neuro-muscular therapy, shiatsu, cranio-sacral therapy, swedish, human energy field consciousness and yoga. Her creative talents flow-over into the field of inter-dimensional visionary art, having held a couple of art shows here in Miami. Magali was born in Belgium but is a local here in South Beach!
