This lesson will set the body into motion, looking at key elements of the gait cycle, where the foot is featured as the foundation of functional and dysfunctional movement patterns. We will look closely at the gait determinants of pelvic rotation, shift and tilt, as well as the plantar vault and rocker system of the foot.
