Presenter: Ruth Werner
Dates: 08/21/2012
Location:Online
Address: www.BenBenjamin.com | Webinars

This 6-part series with Ruth Werner will explore what we currently understand about one of the most common and least well-understood conditions in this country, fibromyalgia syndrome. In addition, we will examine two conditions that commonly appear with fibromyalgia and that share several of its qualities: chronic fatigue syndrome and irritable bowel syndrome. This triad has so much in common that we may one day discuss them all as simply variations on a single theme. Participants in this workshop series will be up to date on the latest findings in conditions that involve “central sensitization”, and they will be prepared to offer their clients the best possible evidence-informed care. This Series includes: 1. Understanding Fibromyalgia Live on Tuesday, August 21 at 8PM 2. Fibromyalgia and the Nervous System Live on Tuesday, August 28 at 8PM 3. Fibromyalgia and Massage Live on Tuesday, September 4 at 8PM 4. Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Live on Tuesday, September 11 at 8PM 5. Fibromyalgia and Irritable Bowel Syndrome Live on Tuesday, September 18 at 8PM 6. Putting It All Together Live on Tuesday, September 25 at 8PM
