Presenter: Ruth Werner
Dates: 11/30/-0001 to 11/30/-0001 Time:
Location:Online
Address: www.BenBenjamin.com | Online or home study course

This 6-part series with Ruth Werner will explore what we currently understand about one of the most common and least well-understood conditions in this country, fibromyalgia syndrome. In addition, we will examine two conditions that commonly appear with fibromyalgia and that share several of its qualities: chronic fatigue syndrome and irritable bowel syndrome. This triad has so much in common that we may one day discuss them all as simply variations on a single theme. Participants in this workshop series will be up to date on the latest findings in conditions that involve “central sensitization”, and they will be prepared to offer their clients the best possible evidence-informed care. This Series includes: 1. Understanding Fibromyalgia 2. Fibromyalgia and the Nervous System 3. Fibromyalgia and Massage 4. Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue 5. Fibromyalgia and Irritable Bowel Syndrome 6. Putting It All Together
