Tropical Hot Shells Bring the magic of the sea to your clients with our Tropical Hot Shells. This new shell massage will resonate with anyone who is hungry for water energy. The entire treatment is laden with the seaside experience. We work with the large Tiger Cowrie Shells, the White Egg Cowries, the Scallops and Spirals. The Cowries are heated and lubricated with organic coconut oil The sound of waves, and music softly reminding your client that they are experiencing the ocean's healing transformation. In this class you will not only learn to massage with the Cowrie shells, you will also learn how to re-balance your client's energy with the scallops and spirals. February 17 & 18, 2012 Tropical Hot Shells (12 CE's) Instructors: Lucia Rodriguez Hours: 12:00pm - 7:00pm, Fri & Sat $275 (2 weeks prior to the class) $325 thereafter (Min. Dep. $100) What You Will Learn: Day 1 is predominantly a day of lecture and open discussions. There will be time allotted for hands on experience so that you can get to know your shells and their proper applications. Day 2 is completely hands on. You'll learn how to work with the shells in a similar fashion to the hot stones. You'll become adept at how to heat the shells as well as clean, disinfect and re-energize the shells for the next client. Each student will receive a Set of 36 Tropical Hot Shells: (8 Tiger Cowries, 6 White Cowries, 10 Scallops, and 12 Spiral Nautilus) along with the necessary information that will remind you of important facts once you leave the class.
