Cancellation terms
Cancellation of attendance for this conference must be sent to the AFMTE in writing ([email protected]). Cancellation requests will be refunded according to the following schedule:
- Prior to September 1, 2025: 90% of registration fee refunded
- Between September 1 and September 30, 2025: 50% of registration fee refunded
- After September 30, 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after September 30, 2025
