Conference registration cancellation terms
Cancellation of attendance for the 2026 Educational Congress must be sent to the AFMTE in writing (admin@afmte.org). Cancellation requests will be refunded according to the following schedule:
- Prior to July 31, 2026: 90% of registration fee refunded
- Between August 1 and October 16, 2026: 50% of registration fee refunded
- After October 16, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after October 16, 2026
