 - This course is designed to increase your knowledge regarding working compassionately and effectively with the effects of trauma in your practice. Topics addressed include finding your personal comfort zone, self care, maintaining appropriate boundaries, establishing trust, centering and grounding skills, effective communication skills, honoring your scope of practice and practice building tips. This cognitive course does not show technique protocols. 6 hours of CE credit for Licensed Massage Therapists. Note: Ariana Institute offers CE courses that satisfy CE requirements for massage therapists throughout the United States. While the majority of the states do accept online CE course credits, it is to your benefit to verify prior to taking continuing education courses whether or not your licensing state accepts a specific online CE course for credit.
