NCBTMB Approved for 2 continuing education hours This three course marketing series is designed to be used with part 6, chapter fifteen (2 CE’s), chapter sixteen (2 CE’s) and chapter seventeen (2 CE’s) in the book Business Mastery 4th Edition by Cherie Sohnen Moe. Chapter fifteen includes marketing principles such as marketing plans, cooperation and competition, positioning and target markets and trends. Chapter sixteen guides you through specific techniques for marketing a practice; promotion, advertising, community relations and publicity. The series concludes with this course, chapter seventeen; (2CE's) a game plan to increase career longevity through client retention.
