CranioStructural Unwinding: Spine, Sacrum & Pelvis "The spine is not a system of stacked blocks, each resting on the blocks below (column model), but a highly organized network of tension and compression elements that float independently of gravity." CranioStructural Unwinding applies the principles of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to problems caused by strains and injuries. The workshop gives special attention to the sacrum ('sacred' bone) and the low back, however it includes techniques for the upper back, shoulders, neck and cranium. The workshop presents a new way of working with energy, myofascia and structure that offers a clear system for resolving many difficult problems.
