This workshop is an introduction to the flow and dance of Hawaiian massage. The contents represent teachings that are being passed down from the kumu (teacher) in their purest form. This style of Lomi Lomi uses the forearms almost exclusively. Exposure to these techniques gives new and seasoned bodyworkers more options than simply using the hands and fingers. This bodywork is at once rhythmic, stimulating and soothing. This workshop teaches a basic Lomi Lomi routine which will consist of prone/supine/side lying approaches. It is fast pace, forgiving and embraced by Aloha!
